At homeland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
