A bright colour range that make excellent cut flowers. Seed selected from first-class sweet peas, many of them fragrant. HA - Hardy annual. Height 1.8m (6'). Scent 2.

Heritage seed variety.

Sowing Information

For early flowering sow 3 seeds 13mm (5) deep per 10cm (4") pot in a greenhouse, or indoors at approximately 13-15°C (55-60°F). Germination 10-21 days. Acclimatise the plants to outside conditions and plant out in April-May with spacing of 15-23cm (6-9) per plant. Alternatively, sow direct into finely raked, moist, warm, weed-free soil where the plants are to flower 13mm (5) deep, in late April-May. Thin seedlings to achieve a final spacing of 15-23cm (6-9) per plant. Remove growing tips after 3-4 pairs of leaves have developed to promote more flowers and a bushier plant. May also be sown in September October in a cold frame/unheated greenhouse to over-winter. Plant out young plants in March-April to provide earliest blooms.
